Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Order Processing
All orders are confirmed after successful placement. You will receive a confirmation message/email with your order details. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information (if available) will be shared so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. However, delivery availability may be limited in certain remote areas depending on courier service coverage.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, Maal Cart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. Maal Cart will not be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos), and we will assist you accordingly.
